However, by registering on our platform, you irrevocably grant us the rights to use such images, should any image be used for reference, marketing, or historical purposes. This information that you provide may be used both on our platform and on any other existing digital platform and mass media.

Registered users who wish to delete their account can do so by submitting a request through our contact channels. This process may take up to 8 business days. In emergency cases, account deletion can be requested via email. It is important to note that upon account deletion, YaLo Anuncio will remove the user's information and ads from its network of sites; however, the company does not control or assume responsibility for listings that remain available on search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, or any other site not affiliated with YaLo Anuncio.
Each user is responsible for not sharing their login information, such as user ID, email, and/or password, and is responsible for safeguarding this information. In the event of an account breach, it is the user's responsibility to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their registration, user account, or password. The user agrees to release YaLo Anuncio from any liability for negligence on their part in the misuse of their personal information.
All information or data of any kind, whether text, software, code, music or sound, photographs, graphics, video, or other materials (referred to as "content"), provided publicly or privately to YaLo Anuncio, will be the sole responsibility of the account holder. The user declares that they will not violate copyright or trademark laws when making their posts. (i) Posting classified ads in incorrect categories. For example: advertising a car in the real estate category, or a single image of the car, or of a part of a car, or showing a real estate photo of a house door or some section of the property.
(j) Publish ads corresponding to a paid ad category (Real Estate, Cars, Electronics), within the free categories of YaLo Anuncio.
(k) It is prohibited to list more than one product per ad. This includes replacing one property, vehicle, service, or item with another under the same ad ID or including a price list for multiple products in a single ad.
(l) Posting photos with other ads inserted, or superimposed, telephones, social networks, or advertising of the advertiser.
(m) Including advertising, placing telephone numbers, emails, social networks in the description and title of the ad is not allowed, nor is using the space to advertise something other than the product.
(n) Include unrealistic prices.
(o) Advertising properties in incorrect locations.
To ensure an optimal user experience and promote effective ad presentation, we have established specific requirements for posting in the real estate and vehicle categories:
A minimum of three (3) photos per listing is required for these categories.
Center the product so that it occupies 95% of the image and avoid including margins.
Avoid adding extra elements such as design elements (borders, stripes, etc.), your company logo, QR codes, text unrelated to the product, or contact information such as emails, phone numbers, social media links, etc.
The user declares that they accept and understand that any inappropriate conduct directed by them against the agents, staff, executives, and owners of YaLo Anuncio in a disrespectful manner, including insults, shouting, racism, vulgarity, or threats, will result in their permanent and immediate blocking of all future access to their classifieds account and all related content, both for themselves and the company. This includes such communications via telephone, email, chat, and technical support reports.
YaLo Anuncio strives to maintain respect, courtesy, and patience with all our users and customers equally.
The user declares that they accept and understand that any violation of the prohibitions detailed below will entitle YaLo Anuncio to deactivate the ads without the right to a refund , and to cancel the user account without prejudice to the user, and also to provide the user's information required by the Judicial and Police Authorities in case any of the following events occur:
9.1 The publication of advertisements or publications related to the following is prohibited: firearms of any type and caliber, armored vehicles, paramilitary items, ammunition, bullets, cartridges, silencers, converters, telescopic sights, handcrafted or 3D-printed weapons (as well as any item that can be converted into a firearm and have automatic capabilities), kits (that can be used to create or assemble a firearm), flamethrowers, etc. In general, any type of weapon.

The promotion of existing or future cryptocurrencies is also prohibited.
9.8. Advertisements for mailing lists or personal or business databases are prohibited.
9.9. Advertisements for articles or services that promote violence, suicide, abortion and/or discrimination are prohibited.
9.10. Advertisements for content related to pornography, adult content, sexual services, erotic content or content unsuitable for minors, etc., are prohibited.
9.11. Advertisements for dating, sex work, or escorts with sexual connotations are prohibited. This applies to texts, videos, photos, or any audiovisual media.
9.13. Advertisements for satellite and cable television decoders are prohibited.

9.26. Advertisements that do not sell, seek or offer any goods or services, and comments posted as advertisements, are prohibited.
9.27. Advertisements offering diplomas or certifications without accreditation and recognition from the corresponding educational entity are prohibited.
9.28. Advertisements for personal loans or credits are prohibited.
9.29. Advertisements featuring photographs, images, or illustrations of nudity are prohibited. This includes photographs, artwork, and caricatures of the male or female body, including nudity showing the front or back, or any abstract representation, regardless of whether the content is medical, health-related, spa-related, or artistic.
9.30. Advertisements linking to websites containing material such as that described above or pornographic material of any kind are prohibited. This includes links to social media platforms that display pornographic images, nudity, or explicit adult material. Advertisements promoting pedophilia, zoophilia, or voyeurism are also prohibited.
9.31. Advertisements offering services to perform invasive aesthetic treatments, surgical interventions, surgeries or procedures that, according to law and health regulations, should only be offered and carried out by authorized Medical Hospital Centers are prohibited.
9.32 Advertisements that threaten the interests of this website are prohibited, whether they promote or incite our users to use products and services that compete directly with YaLo Anuncio.
9.33 Ads that degrade the quality of the content displayed on the platform, ads with insufficient information about the good or product, including description and photos, will not be allowed.
Providing any content to YaLo Anuncio:
(a) The user agrees to grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive grant and license (any rights including moral rights or other necessary rights) to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, perform, promote, archive, translate, and create derivative works and compilations, in whole or in part. (b) the user warrants and represents that you have all the legal, moral, and other rights that may be necessary to grant us the license set forth in this section 9;

YaLo Anuncio recommends that users always, whenever possible, meet with the seller in person. The user acknowledges that scams are generally perpetrated by individuals who refuse to meet in person.
YaLo Anuncio advises users never to transfer money without first seeing and receiving the product. Users declare they will exercise caution with transactions involving shipments, online payments, supposedly secure account numbers, checks, or payments to third parties.
To ensure the quality of listings and protect copyright, YaLo Anuncio will be paying special attention to the photos posted. If the photos you add to your ad are low resolution, unsuitable, inappropriate, suggest a fraudulent origin, or, in YaLo Anuncio's judgment, are incompatible with the site's user experience, or were not taken directly by the advertiser, they risk being removed, and your ad and even your user account may be canceled. As a website, we reserve the right to keep the classified ad published and may delete any photo with the following characteristics:
1. Low-resolution photos, taken from small images.
2. Photos with logos from other websites similar to YaLo Anuncio
3. Random photos taken from the Internet with intellectual property rights.
Recurring transactions are monthly charges billed by YaLo Anuncio to the customer's credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. Recurring transactions are available for monthly membership plans.
Recurring payments are only processed when the customer agrees to be billed by clicking on Monthly Recurring Payment. After selecting this option, the customer must complete their card details and billing address, which will allow the system to process the monthly payment. Recurring transactions are charged once a month to the payment method provided by the user. After the initial membership period ends, recurring payments continue until the customer cancels the recurring payment.
Recurring transactions can be canceled at any time and do not require a contract period. After cancellation, recurring payments will not be renewed, and the service will be suspended at the end of the current membership month.
YaLo Anuncio's Terms of Service apply to all users, both free and paid, in every country and language. Paid ads are not exempt from complying with the agreed-upon terms.
YaLo Anuncio does not make home deliveries of any kind and we do not provide any similar service.
Each advertiser or seller must complete their information accurately (80-100%) to be verified and approved. The verification process may take 24 to 48 business hours, and you will be notified via email, or through a notification on your mobile browser, app, or desktop.
Listings must contain accurate information and include clear photographs taken by the seller showing the product's current condition. Images should only show the product being offered and not other items not included in the delivery or used as decoration or additional accessories. The item must be in good condition, not broken, fragmented, or damaged. The listing must include the price, dimensions, weight, color, and complete details. To activate Home Delivery, click the "Enable Home Delivery" button. This will add a direct payment button to the listing. Only the following ad categories can be offered via Home Delivery: Technology, Auto Parts, Household Items, Musical Instruments, Fashion Items, Art Pieces, Toys, Sporting Goods, Construction Tools, and Wholesale Merchandise. The following ads cannot be offered via Home Delivery: Real Estate, Vehicles, Pets, Jobs, Services, Digital Downloads, and Educational Courses.
Each seller on YaLo Anuncio who creates an ad is responsible for collecting payment for the advertised item, without YaLo Anuncio being liable. The seller can determine who pays for delivery and pickup via a carrier. YaLo Anuncio does not offer delivery services nor does it manage such services with third parties.
